These terms and conditions (the “Purchase Terms”) govern your purchase of products from www.thcretail.ca. By placing an order, you agree to these Purchase Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You must be 19 years to be eligible to use this website and to receive products from THC Retail. You must be at least 19 years of age or older to purchase products.

1. Purchase of Product Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject your offer. You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping notice if we can fulfill your order. A binding agreement is formed only when products are shipped.
2. Shipping and Delivery Shipping and delivery are subject to the terms and conditions of the carrier. We will provide you with a shipping notice when we can fulfill your order. If you do not receive a shipping notice, please contact us at 250-997-4669. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged. Shipping Shipping costs are added at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only. You must provide government-issued ID proving you are 19 or older upon delivery. If no one is available to accept delivery, products may be routed to a Canada Post outlet for pickup within 15 days.
3. Payment Payment Prices are in Canadian dollars. We will charge your credit card upon purchase. If payment authorization fails, we may cancel your order. Orders We may limit or cancel orders at our discretion. You are responsible for providing accurate order and account information. 4. Refunds, Returns and Recalls Returns are governed by our Returns Policy (available on the Website). We will notify you of any product recalls via email or phone.
5. Modification of the Purchase Terms We may modify these Purchase Terms at any time. The terms in effect when you place an order apply. Errors and Omissions We are not liable for errors on the Website, such as pricing or product description inaccuracies. We may correct errors or cancel orders at any time.
